Matt Hudson was born in Denver, CO and moved to Brentwood, TN at the young age of 4. He graduated from Brentwood High School and later from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Resort Tourism Management. In 2014 Matt moved back to Nashville to be closer to family. He enjoys spending his free time hiking, being active in the community, volunteering with church, and kayaking with his wife, two children, and extended family. Having been an Eagle Scout, Matt enjoys volunteering with Cub Scouts where he is a Den Leader and Cubmaster. Matt was awarded Cubmaster of the year for the Frontier District in Tennessee for 2022. For the last 8 years Matt has been a licensed home inspector in the family business and has served on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Home Inspectors Association. Having inspected over 1,500 homes and growing up in the area, this gives him a unique perspective on Nashville and the local real estate market. He is looking forward to using his knowledge and attention to detail to help clients find their next home or make the process of selling their current home easier and more enjoyable.
