Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jake relocated to Nashville with the intention of getting into real estate upon graduation from the University of Dayton after playing college hockey and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Jake obtained his real estate license within a month of moving to Nashville and quickly jumped into the industry. For the past 1.5 years, Jake had worked in Commercial Real Estate Private Equity before going full time as a broker in 2023. Sourced and closed on roughly $40 million of commercial transactions during his role as an acquisitions associate and roughly $3.5 million part time in residential. Coming from a family of real estate investors, Jake truly has a passion for working with Investors and loves thinking of creative ways to structure deals to make them work for his clients. Currently house hacking himself, he loves working with both newer and experienced investors and takes a very relationship based approach to how he runs his business.
